While I love McCartney's Got To Get You Into My Life, I can't listen to it anymore because i'm tired of the lousy 80's master (there have been remastered Beatles songs, but this one isn't among them because it wasn't a #1).
Ooh, then I suddenly see you, Ooh, did I tell you I need you Every single day of my life...
***then the drums should be pounding! But there's nothing but air***
I can't wait until Revolver is remastered so we can have this song as it was intended.
But since most of us discarded our record players back in the 80's (I know I did), and the only version of "Revolver" is the one in the stores (which apparently is what...stereo?), then I guess I'm out of luck until a real CD remaster comes along.
The CD version of Revolver is quite terrible. Got To Get You Into My Life is faded early, and the radio-quality voice from Yellow Submarine is not heard during its first verse. Crap.
I don't smoke, I don't drink, I don't eat trash... I work out hard everyday and have a healthy life. And I'm proud of it.
I can't wait until the Beatles albums get the remastered treatment. I mentioned on another thread how the two guitars that were finally seperated on 'Revolution' from the Love album sounded great, instead of being pushed to one side.
