Does anyone know of a decent resource on the net that lists all the music from the TV series 'Heartbeat'? I'm desperate to find out who the song is by that closes the last episode of season 15!

Nothing. It was solo acoustic. Male singer. That's all I know. I was sure some geek somewhere would have listed all the music, but strangely I can't find any references to the music at all. Maybe I should go on a Heartbeat forum!!
