The three titles that were released in the mid-90's were spectacular! But I'm quite sure it only touched a quarter of what the band could actually offer. There's tons of bootlegs out there, for a reason - because fans desire to own them. They want it all. (Fans are crazay in the membraine.) Why not give it to us? There is a definite market for fresh Beatles material. The release of Anthology I, II, and III proved that, according to sales. Both the first two Anthology albums hit #1, and sold many thousands within the first two weeks.
There's so much out there, its ridiculous. Maybe they're waiting for Ringo and Paul to pass away before releasing them, maybe they can't release them while they're alive because of their refusal of being released.
I would love the following:

Some of the releases of the Anthology series consists of bootlegged material yet to be officially released, maybe it will never be released. But some have been bootlegged. This includes: The Beatles Anthology More The Beatles Anthology Plus The Beatles Anthology 2000 The Beatles Anthology 4 - Advanced Test The Beatles Anthology 5 - Advanced Test The Beatles Anthology 6 - Advanced Test The Beatles Anthology Extra The Beatles Anthology Outtakes 1 The Beatles Anthology Outtakes 2 The Beatles Anthology Outtakes 3
Oh, and I want to add that I somehow downloaded a song from LimeWire called: "That Means A Lot". This particular version was CLEAN, with crisp McCartney vocals and solid harmonies from John and George, the way the song was meant to be heard. Alas, the Anthology 2 only included one version.
Well at this time is really difficult to release officially a new Anthology I think. The 3 volumes covered 13 years of music, their entire career. What they're gonna do? The only complaint I have with the bootlegs is that they don't follow the exactly cover style, art design, fonts. By the way, do they include booklets? I don't know.
I don't smoke, I don't drink, I don't eat trash... I work out hard everyday and have a healthy life. And I'm proud of it.
I'm just surprised at Apple, or whatever. There's money to be made here, and they're pretending they don't need it, or something. There's a lot of Beatles fans without computers who can't get bootlegs, or haven't the notion how to do it (like me).
