I've spent a while googling it but all the sites that come up are American websites which don't ship outside the U.S. I've phoned around some guitar shops around me too but had no luck!

(as an aside, does anyone own this guitar or have any experience of it? I played it in a shop once and adored it and for my budget it seems to be one of the best I can get...I would be glad to hear anyone else's experience of it though )

You've summed up proper guitar selection well, tangerine.  If you're happy with the feel of the neck and the sound, then this guitar is for you.  The action can always be adjusted to your taste and playing style.  Once plugged in, you can do a whole lot more.  And it's neat to have a built-in tuner!  You'll appreciate the cutaway too.
