JOHN Lennon - in the shape of a giant pie - is back in lights in his hometown after being given a Ticket To Ride out of Blackpool. Regulars at Lathom Hall, in Seaforth, Merseyside, were today greeted by the sight of a 10ft figure of the Beatles' legend. Liverpool's Fab Four (or five as they were back then with Stuart Sutcliffe on bass and Pete Best on drums) played at the club 10 times between 1960 and 1961. And so owner Brian Corrigan snapped up the lamp-post figures - part of the 2001 series commissioned by pie company Holland's - after spotting them in a sale of unwanted Blackpool Illuminations.
