It sounds like something from beyond the grave , very strange and yet familiar .

it is revolution number nine played forwards...the tapes used for nine were cut into snippets and ran thru out the whole tune,some fowards some backwards,i believe this is the song play backwards which put those added backwards back to foward back to the audio clip they were b4...

in fact the forward ones are now the backwards ones on this selection.......

I don't really get it.
It souds indeed really creepy. I only recognize al little part....

Revolution #9 was for an important part made of little pieces of tape. Tape with recorded material was cut and randomly pasted back together again. Some parts appeared to be in the correct running direction, other parts were not and came out backwards. What you can hear is Revolution #9 played backwards. It brings certain parts back to normal, other parts are now played backwards.

I don't really think that it sounds like Rev.#9 at all. maybe one or two parts but other than that I don't hear anything similar to it.

I tried listening to it again. I can't I don't know why. I get a real anxious creeped out feeling.

I never really liked things like Revolution 9 and this that he did. I never got it. Kinda weird he started it on Sept. 11. I would have really liked to have heard what it would've turned out to be

Well, the music didn't creep me out that bad, but the pictures did.  I always heard John was anorexic later in life before he was murdered.  Neil Aspinall wrote in a Beatles' Monthly Book years and years ago that he always had to pack "two of everything" for John....one smaller and one larger...........because his weight "yoyo'd" all the time.  I think we can all tell from looking at pictures of the Beatles from the '60's.......
