If you could make your own Supergroup, who would you put in it? I think I'll limit it to 4 band members.
If you REALLY must put yourself in the group you can. I myself am not terribly fond of Supergroups, but I
know people really like them. Here's an example=
1-Jimi Hendrix-Lead Guitar
2-Eric Clapton-Rhythm Guitar
3-Roger Waters-Bass
4-Keith Moon-Drums
You can make a name for the group too if you want to. I just wanna see different people's idea of their dream Supergroup. Living or dead muscians are allowed.
(Note: Thats not my dream Supergroup, I don't think Eric would be very happy in the Rhythm spot, but then again, I've never met the man.)

"Its all in the mind..."

John Lennon - Rhythm
Paul McCartney - Bass
George ...    oh, sorry, just being pissante here ...

But seriously, I guess this would have to be a COVER band we're putting together, by definition. So we're looking at the best instrument players (vox included).

Jimmy Page - Rhythm
Paul McCartney - Bass
Jimi Hendrix and Eric Clapton - lead (Eric had to share the lead with Jimmy and Jeff Beck in the Yard Birds, it would be a blast from the past!)
Paul McCartney/John Lennon - Vocals
John Bonham and Ringo - Drums

I guess this would be called "The BeatLeds".  Hey, that's not too bad

I love John,
I love Paul,
And George and Ringo,
I love them all!

Jimi Hendrix -- Lead guitar and songwriter.  Honorable mentions to Jimmy Page and Eric Clapton.
John Paul Jones -- Bass and keyboards.  Honorable mentions to John Entwistle and Paul McCartney.
Keith Moon -- Drums.  Honorable mentions to John Bonham and Charlie Watts.  (I might have put Entwistle on bass but then the band would have been too Who-heavy.)

So that leaves lead vocals.... so many to choose from:  Elvis Presley, Mick Jagger, Stevie Wonder, Jim Morrison, Roger Daltrey, Janis Joplin, Ozzy Osbourne, Robert Plant, Elton John, Bruce Springsteen, Michael Jackson, Debbie Harry, Prince, Madonna, Bon Scott, David Lee Roth, Bono, Kurt Cobain, Eddie Vedder, wow, I could go on for days.

But I won't.  So therefore, filling the role of lead singer, as well as rythym guitar, songwriter, piano and harmonica.... is John Lennon.
