Can anyone tell me why they are now selling these jumbo box looking things with Help! on the cover of it? what's inside?

That's the deluxe box set for the re-issue of "Help!".  I have it............got it when it first came out last year and it's wonderful!!!!  Great addition to any Beatle collection.  I love all the extras in it.
