I was wondering, why is there so little smoking in Help! from the Beatles? I was just watching the two and was noticing at how often one of them was smoking! Then I watched Help! and except for the "You're Gonna Lose That Girl" scene there was hardly any. Maybe it's just accidental but the way they smoked I find it hard to believe that just decided not smoke during the filming. Maybe it was the director's choice?
wasn't it on set but off screen of Help! that they got into Pot?
They smoked "behind the scenes" but I'm just surprised not during the actual filming. Maybe since this isn't "a day in the life of the Beatles" but rather just an action moving whereas AHDN was purely about them.
Just noticed the hand of the auto censor on my last post! I only used a slang word for cigarette that rhymes with BAG!! Can't believe I've been censored! hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
^^^^^^I thought it was the "other" "F" word you used. And yep, there is alot of difference in those two movies. And "the Boys" got into pot during "Help!". I read/heard they had to redo scenes over and over again because of all the laughing and giggleing the Beatles were doing.
Yea the slang word for cigarettes that starts with the letter "F" is not used in the States. That particular word, to us, is a very deragatory word for a homosexual person.
