This one will be filmed with good broadcast camera's. There will be a desk mix, (Which normally sounds poo) a monitor mix, plus I'll be running 2 PZM' mic's into minidiscs placed at the back of the theatre. Then theres the camera mics...Will try to match and mix the best sound possible. In the meantime Riccy, there is a link to the first show we did. Not the best sound quality as it's mp3. The End kindly hosted our bands attempts.

LOL....The build up is going good...
All postered, flyered and advertised websites/papers.
Full band (without Rhodes) rehearsal tomorrow.
Filming might not be as good as I thought, got the sound recording issues sorted though....
Bought a few Indian garments from ebay. (Toying with the idea of Macca White Album era. I got some amazing sideys now. lol ) If that don't look good I got the suit to fall back on.
The End is sorted digs..Mine were out of my action as my bruv is down on leave.
The drinks next Friday and the continuing excitement of performing some kick-a** Beatle tunes...Shweeeet!!!! As you may tell I'm getting rather excited.
How bouts you Lenny? Hehehehe
At least Al you won't be catching the One after 909 ferry....You'll be getting that Saturday night, at the gig! Beofore getting your 12.15 home. ;)

Regarding the Mathew Street festival, there were definately bands there last year that weren't officially part of the Cavern City Tours event. I'd definitely try and contact the venues individually - especially the Jackaranda as that's not on the official CCT circuit. If you need any help, please give me a shout Rick as I'd be only too happy to help. :)

Well....It was AWESOME! No rushing about like last year. Crowd was to capacity and they were both warm & loving. The Bee's were amongst friends watching and the sound was top notch.

Did I say that the Magical Mystery Acoustic tour band we brought over to the UK are gonna return the favour and put a show on near Rome for us in November/December.... Had to issue this apology....I'd be half way through the set right now.......bummer! My head is up still though...we at least managed to hold the air tickets.
We are so disappointed we are not gigging in Rome right now with our friends Magical Mystery Acoustic Tour. A very big sorry to all of you that helped us sell out the venue. Darren had to be taken to hospital with a suspected broken finger. We agonised over if we should come without him but we could not abandon our friend.
We hope to be back out as soon as Darren's finger has mended.
