Jane, I've no idea what happened to your post, but if you can remember what you said please feel free to post it again. The only time a post is ever deleted is if it's a double post, or their is an attack on another member, particularly bad language, or occasionally for spamming.
Most of us mods are allowed to modify, and delete posts. The delete button is right next to the quote button, so it's possible that one of us made an error. Apologies if that's what happened.
Something that I occasionally is click 'Preview' instead of 'Post'. That could also be the reason.

I could see myself falling hard for John....and then living to regret it. I adore the hell out of John but don't think he was always the best at relationships....but I'm sure I would fall for him anyways.

He was! He just didn`t love Cynthia. But watch the way he looks at Yoko, and what he sacrificed for her: everything, his career, his music, even... i won`t say it here. So if he fell in love with you...better, if he fell in love with me...Oh!!!

For me, it's always been about Paul. So handsome and talented! I've been a Beatles fan for more than a decade and he was always my favorite. :)
