What is Ringo's worst album?
How come Choose Love isn't an option?
Beaucoup Of Blues
Ringo has no bad albums!

i concur.........
stop and smell the roses
i did and how sweet they were......
Bad Boy?
RS has released a lot of average albums as a solo artist with only a few gems & Bad Boy being one of his worst of all time.

I listened to it yesterday and it is mostly terrible to my ears. That duet he's doing.... Chills down my spine. Is that out of tune or what?
It has to be bad bews for Ringo as an artist when his greatest hits compilation Blast From The Past is his best album in a poll a few years ago. BFTP was in my album collection back in the mid/late 70's during my youth I'm proud to say.
Why would it be bad news to anybody that their Greatest Hits album would be considered their best album?
Please Wayne. Take your time and start making sense.
That's an easy question tkitna because it's mostly just hits & take your time to respond because you're too damn slow.
Here Wayne,,,,common sense at its easiest. Try to follow along.
Greatest Hits albums are the best or most popular songs (as regarded by the majority or public) and therefore, most of the public buy these albums because,,,,,,,,,,,,are you ready Wayne,,,,,,,,,,theres usually NO bad songs on them.
So my question to you would be,,,,,,why wouldnt a Greatest Hits album be considered better than the solo albums since its a combination of the best songs from the solo albums?
Hope thats not too confusing to you. I'll be waiting for your intellectual response.
Don't tell me about greatest hits albums since you're crazy in more ways than one, you probably have never heard Blast From The Past anyway tkitna, so stop pretending you know everything, when you don't. You're confused baby.
I would respond to this Wayne, but I already know that i'm dealing with an intellectual gnat. Please dont post in the Ringo forum ever again. Your embarrassing all of us.
i think he likes you he called you baby....
Quote from: MaccalvrPersonally I think there's just way too much testosterone flying around this place lately. Way too much aggression. It's like everyone's trying to prove they're the biggest ape or something. Calm down already. It sucks because every time there's one of these ape fests we lose some great members. I still haven't gotten over losing Charlie and Colleen and now another one's gone. Sucks.
I'd like to quote Sandra here, hope she doesn't mind.
There are way too much threads getting out of hand at the moment. Discussing things is one thing, indignities another.
Why not heed what the Fab Four tried to get across: Love and peace, All you need is love....does that ring any bell?
WAR IS OVER IF YOU WANT IT!
I will have to say it, because it's true, Ringo's arguably worst albums Rotogravure, Ringo The 4th & Bad Boy, are much better than the crap out these days. Stop & Smell The Roses sounds like a masterpiece these days, without a doubt & I know it's great now.
are you comparing his worst to the current stuff such as indie/emo/punk/alternative or the rap and pop? i'll agree if its compared to rap and pop, the others...you'd have to explain how their better because there is some gold in the indie/emo/punk/alternative scene.
I think Rotogravure is one of his best albums. And Spooky Weirdness really freaked me out when I was a kid!!!! ;D

A Dose Of Rock & Roll should have been a hit & I'll never understand why.
not enough people bought it.......

That is a TOP tune! I really want to play that album again now!!
Another thing I used to enjoy as a kid was reading all the Graffiti from Beatles fans on the Apple door on the back of the sleeve - the album even came with a free spy-glass so people could read the detail! :)

I looked at the back cover myself during my youth at the time & the inside cover with everybody on the album, especially the cool shot of Paul & Ringo. You remember that woman sucking on her toes, I would have done it for her easily.
Why doesn't Macca work with Ringo anymore?
Choose Love is his worst in my honest opinion. But hey, everyone's entitled to have their own taste.

Yes, I was a bit disappointed with that. Nothing beats 'Ringo' IMHO.

genuis!
I don't think Ringo has ever released a clunker. My least favorite, I have to admit is Ringo The 4th. I think it is "Head and Shoulders" above most of the garbage that is released currently.
I think Ringo's Rotogravure, is one of Ringo's best, along with Ringo, Ringo Rama. Funny they are the all of the albums that he has used his name (except Ringo The 4th).

One man's meat and all that...
Rotogravure (along with Back To The Egg) were the two albums that made me decide that buying ex-Beatle products was a deeply unsatisying experience and from then on I gave up. The last solo album I bought was the equally dissapointing Double Fantasy.
My last George album was George Harrison, which was okay in a nice and harmless way, but compared with the other contempory stuff I was listening to "okay" just didn't cut the mustard.
Unlike his other bandmates bad albums, Ringo's bad albums are usually entertaining in a Plan 9 sort of way.
Just want to say that despite it leading in this poll I love Beaucoups of Blues. For me the worst albums are the All Starr Band live albums with virtually the same tracklisting as the one before and the one before that and the one......etc.
I take it you dont have faith in the girls compositional and lyrical ability 3BE3DbI ; . Do you have any reason in particular that leads you to think the album would be under par or it is just a gut feeling you have?

i have to agree with you on that one!
