Just so everyone is happy with the lists, I made the number surpass the amount of songs done by the Beatles! Now, make your lists!
On to a less goofy topic, the most amazing thing about the Beatles is that it's very hard to figure out their favorite song. Look at the Top 10 or 20 or 30 Beatles songs list. You might not find A Day in the Life, In My Life, Let It Be, Hey Jude, or Yesterday on them. You may find lesser works like You Won't See Me, Night Before, I'm A Loser, and It Won't Be Long in them.
Most agree that Simon and Garfunkel's best song was The Boxer, Bridge Over Troubled Water, or Mrs. Robinson (with a couple of exceptions). The Stones' would be harder, but most think of their best song being Satisfaction, Gimmie Shelter, Sympathy for the Devil, Brown Sugar, Wild Horses, or Jumping Jack Flash.
Usually when a favorite songs list is posed for these bands, one of their more well-known works are listed as one of their best works. But with the Beatles, you'll find people who like I've Got A Feeling better than Let It Be (those people freak me out, cuz Let It Be kick's IGAF's butt, but I'm just saying ;)).

After I loaded my iPod with every Beatles and Alternate Beatles album, I realized it was impossible to "rate" each song with those little stars. They all got 5 stars!
Over 950 songs, but these include numerous takes, mixes and live performances.
