Yes, that's Phil Spector beside Ringo.
The guy in front with the headphones is  pedal -steel guitar player Pete Drake....the guy in the back...Is it Clapton?







I now think the guy at the back is Klaus Voorman

I looked this up and Vic Briggs was a member of The Animals. Bill Briggs is from The Remains.

Who is the guy in the middle? I recall reading who he was, once. Isn't he a poet or author that John knew?

British beat poet Royston Ellis,who was a friend of The Beatles....they met up here in Guernesey in August 1963.

they met way back in 1961 i think... george wantedto meet him because he did joes song....
