Lucky!! I never saw any flyers like this when Paul played at the Hollywood Bowl!

I bought this CD called "In The Beginning", and it's The Beatles with Tony Sheridan. Honestly, I really like the stuff The Beatles did alone on the album like "Cry For A Shadow" and "Ain't She Sweet", but I wasn't diggin' the Sheridan.

Jai Guru Deva.

I've had a different version of that CD for ages.  I don't LOVE Tony either but it's still a great insight to the early stages of The Beatles, or "Beat Brothers" as they had to be called.  :P
I adore "Ain't She Sweet", purely because of Johnny's swoonful vocals!  *Sigh*
And of course, it's good to hear "My Bonnie", the song that technically started it all...  And "What'd I Say", cos the boys said that the Germans loved it, they'd do it round about 20 times every night.

Limitless, undying love, which shines around me like a million suns, it calls me on and on, across the universe.

I just bought Dezo Hoffman's photo book of the Beatles. I think it's been out of print for a while, but somehow it managed to pop up in one of my local bookstores. Lots of great, rarely seen pics...a real gem of a Beatles picture book if you can find it!!
