Fake Shoes ?

I was on the Paul McCartney site and their is some debate going on, that this supposed new song from Paul is a fake.
Apparently he made this little song up a few years ago, it is claimed someone recorded it then did a full production job and posted it on youtube as an original recording .
What do you think ???

the strange effect on the voice doesnt add much credibility...
