Colorado: Hot and dry. 90s, no rain. We had a wet spring, which helped, but the heat's got us now. I went on a hike the other day, crossing a small creek on my way up. By the time I got off the mountain 6 hours later, the creek had dried up in the sun. That was frightening to see.
I assume we'll be over 100 again for some of the summer. The high country still has snow, which is a relief, so you can hike to it. But on the plains, we're frying.
