I would have bet that Ringo would have been the first to go, since he had those health problems as a child.

Anyway, I'd bet on Paul being the Last Standing. Though I love Ringo too, at least Paul is one of the two "chief" Beatles (Lennon/McCartney) and would be more essential for the fans.

01: Ringo currently looks better than Paul (could mean nothing, of course)
02: Ringo has less stress in his life (between Paul struggling to gain control over Beatles copyrights and his problems with Heather)

I don't like touching on this subject. At all..
But I'm putting my money on Ringo.
He currently isn't going thru the stuff Paul is, Paul has alot on his shoulders right now.
And I read somewhere sometime that Ringo IS healthy. He works out every day.
