Because he's ever so very slightly taller than the rest of the Beatles. LOL(I don't have time to find a pic to illustrate it but I watching the First US visit the other night and when they sing "This Boy" on Ed Sullivan and are all on the same mic, Paul is just a bit taller:))

I know. Poor sick oh so beautiful man(seriously who still looks that attractive when they are about to pass out from the flu? Paul McCartney that's who:)). At one point near the end there it looked like he really nearly lost it, he kind of rocked back on his feet and turned back towards the wall.

Hm, I've never seen that before. Poor Paul; he seems so unnaturally subdued and tired in this video. The stomach flu's not fun.

^I've always thought that video was interesting. They all seem very protective of each other, which is very sweet.
I love how John asks him if he's alright and Ringo says oh Paul. It's harder to hear on this version of it, but it's cute!

Like I always say, they're just like brothers.

I think it's really sweet the way John is looking at Paul with such concern.

I looked it up, because I was curious, and I was slightly shocked to see that John is the tallest! 5 ft. 11 inches
George and Paul are the exact same in height, and Ringo is 5 ft. 8 inches.

But yes, Paul's height is very attractive.

Where did you look that up? I've always thought that Paul was the tallest. I looked it up on IMDB before and it says Paul is taller than John.
I thought John was the tallest, but my mom was even Beatle wise enough to tell me "No Paul's the tallest!" lol That was when I first started liking them, and she's the Beatle expert!

^^I think that John and Paul were the same height (or Paul having a VERY small advantage over John) during Beatlemania, but I'm pretty sure once John got into heavier drugs/Yoko's crazy diet he shrunk. I'm pretty sure Paul looks taller during Let It Be.
