I thought suite No 1 had some proggy moments though (1971)

Suite No 1 was actually released in 1972, but yes, it could be considered as one of the very first progressive rock records from Argentina.

IMHO this is one of the best prog tracks ever from one of the best prog albums ever with one of progs best guitar solo's ever..

My nickname is "Proggy" among my friends. I am a huge Prog rock fan.

My favorite Prog band is Genesis, although I also like Yes, Rush, King Crimson, and Pink Floyd quite a lot. Plus, the newer ones, like Radiohead, Porcupine Tree, Tool, The Mars Volta, The Flaming Lips, Muse, and Spock's Beard.

theres hundreds of more obscure classic prog bands from the 70's, dont ignore them there is gold to be mined  ;)
