Yeah, I remember them clearly, but we didn't call them Goth. The music was considered Alternative at the time, I think. I can't remember what we called them! New Wave? I first remember the term Goth getting popular after Columbine.

I hate labels, like Goth or Punk (I'm aware that it's a type of music, but it's really veered far from what it used to be).
