Yes, Alexis! When Mika emerged he was compared to Freddie Mercury. And, imagine that, when Queen toured with Paul Rodgers, many said Queen should have hired Mika instead of Paul to tour with them and to sing like Freddie did.

By the sounds of it I should really pick up at least one of his albums!  His sound is definitely one that hadn't been heard for a long while, sort of refreshing!

But his new album, I've been hearing good things about it. and I do think he has a good pop sensibility, when he tones down the camp just a wee bit.

Agree completely. Too too much novelty with his vocal hijinx and coloured trousers. No offence, but it strikes me as music for a 13 year olds birthday party.

I like mika. His music is very uplifting and energetic without being too much in your face. I cant say I have alot of his stuff but lets jus say a few tracks I listen to when I go running.
