AZ, please tell me you've seen Help! If not, you must run to YouTube (or wherever) and view it. I think it's still posted there.

However, if you have seen Help! and are wondering about the colander, that becomes trickier to answer. Help! was a highly scientific movie (ahead of its time, actually) and presented the latest developments in modern technological advances-- relativity condensers, distillation of the essence of certain orchids, the works. Probably the colander was an early form of pyramid power; an updated version of this scientific principle can be seen in the movie Signs.

Thanks, Raxo! I'm sorry about drifting off like that--I'm very bad. *hangs head* I'll be out of town for several days starting tomorrow, so this forum will probably be saner for a while.

Well, I did say saner, not sane!  ;D

Interesting and terrifying shot of the boys in Sydney. Notice the primitive size of these pyramid-power enhancers. It reminds me of the first computers that used to fill a whole room! Ringo was actually too terrified to participate; he faked an illness so they had to provide a stunt double. Those were dangerous days!
