Graham Stokes' Conehead label is very proud to announce a major partnership with Julian Lennon for the release of his new album 'Everything Changes'. This, his first album since 1998, is slated for release on September 26, 2011 with the single 'Lookin' 4 Luv' preceding it by 2 weeks on September 12th.
