Now the rain has returned Will this rain ever end ?? Seriously it’s supposed to be Spring with blue skies and sunshine but we’ve had nothing but rain rain for weeks

Snow today and tomorrow. . . Ugh! All the other states have moved on to spring, but pathetic old North Dakota is still languishing in winter.  icon_mad

It's a really beautiful day here, clear skies, sun, low 70s. I just got back from a very pleasant walk down by the Missouri River. It's so nice to get outside!  icon_love

I had nearly forgotten about Sha Na Na!

As I made sure to point to my older daughter, Jimi Hendrix played The Star Spangled Banner on Monday, August 18, 1969 — literally 28 years, to the day, before she was born.  ;D

In 1989 my best friend and I visited the Woodstock site, before it was bulldozed to make room for the Bethel Performing Arts Center, and we each chipped off a piece  of the original concrete stage supports. I also plucked a milkweed from where I estimated Jimi played on that last day.

America the divided needs to hear this more than ever, I think:
