Henry Edwards was an American pop journalist and a rock music critic for the New York Times. He also co-authored a book called "Stardust: the Davie Bowie Story."

A friend of mine who lives in NYC went to May Pang's book signing last March at the Cutting Room. He got to meet May, Cynthia Lennon, Sid Bernstein and David Peel. Cynthia was the host. I told him about this board and he's posted on here a few times as Rikki Kesh.
Here is photo of May and Cynthia at the event:

Thanx.
I was just wondering how much clout he had over the book...
coz sometimes the co-writer's first priority is to sell copies,
not necessarily to get the story straight.
Anyone know if he was chosen by May or if he was appointed by the publisher.
easy... Justin

probably appointed by the publisher. That's usually how it is with these ghost-writer types.

Thanx Mairi...
Yeah, the problem with that is, you can never tell what are May's actual recollections and what the co-writer has embelished. May has stated that she didn't have total control of what was to be included or what was to be left out.
'Instamatic Karma' seems to be almost rectifying this... sorta damage control.
easy... Justin
