Film Songs

The question is about the songs, not the movies.

Heh, don't worry.....I posted a recent Albums Battle thread in the Songs discussion by accident...

Let It Be is my favorite of these five. Then Help, AHDN, YS and Magical Mystery Tour.

As for the songs in the films as a whole, half the songs in AHDN really do nothing for me.....Flying and Blue Jay Way are useless, Your Mother Should Know isn't too memorable........the YS songs are pleasant but slight compared to most of the material of the time....and Let It Be is my least favorite album of theirs, and since the songs in the film are all kind of demo-ey sounding, I really think Help! wins by default....then again, all of the songs in it were really strong anyway.

well, i guess you can use all the film songs to judge.  I meant the specific title songs of the films.  Thats two errors in starting this thread, I'm on a roll

It was a toss up between AHDN and Help! I chose Help! You're Going to Lose That Girl, Ticket To Ride, You've Got To Hide Your Love Away, The Night Before, Another Girl...

A Hard Day's Night....it captures what this classic Beatles movie is all about at the height of Beatlemania back in 64.

A Hard Day's Night for me, too.  The songs in there just make you feel good, and they really lend themselves to the feel of the film, the crazy height of Beatlemania.

Help is lovely too, so it was very hard for me to choose.

I would have to go with A Hard Days Night, like someone said, the songs go really well with the film.

"Ticket To Ride", my dear
