Who sings the anthology version of "Not Guilty"?

It is written by George Harrison and I've found in the net that lead singer is George himself but it doesn't sounds to me like George at all. It sounds more like Paul to me.

Surely George! It's his song. And it sounds like George. It surely would have been revealed by now if it were John. Can't understand why anyone would think it's not George. Love your signature by the way!  :)
