Time magazine plans Paul McCartney birthday issue, looks for advice on cover

TIME magazine is planning a special issue commemorating the 70th birthday of Paul McCartney. The magazine has buoyantly touted the upcoming issue, which is to be published June 5 and available in hardcover, as "a backstage tour of the many chapters of McCartney's life."
