I don't want to think about what the music would have been like. *shivers*

Keep converting the masses to Beatlism!

Beatlism has four gods: John, Paul, George, and Ringo.  ;D

haha, no I'm just kidding... I don't think Beatlism is bigger than Jesus. I'm a pretty religious person myself. Not like the stereotypical Ned Flanders generalization, just a person with a lot of faith in me.
Anyhoo, shutting up now. I seem to have a knack for accidentally starting religious debates.

haha.
I like to keep an open mind, and I accept Religion on a basic level, in that in teaches simplistic rules to live by. But thats where it stops.
1000 years of lies and Wars.
Down with the Church, they are one of the biggest dictatorships around!

You probably get that impression from the old days when state and church weren't separated. So idiot "politicians" if you will, did some horrible things in the name of the church. Watch the Hunchback of Notre Dame. it's a kid's movie, but you get the general impression of how things were.

I think the 'old days' reflect the current state of the Church.
Nothing has changed, except social belief isn't as strong, and as a result, the Church is loosing power, and appeal.

You make a good point. If there's one thing the church is in need of, it's moderenization. I don't think any of the basic principles should change, but really is there any harm in say, letting a woaman be a priest?

I was watching this comedy show (forget what it was called) and someone was pretending to interview the Pope, and he/she said, "Hey JohnPaul, where's GeorgeRingo?"
