I'm trying to convince my hubby to get me a Paulie jacket for Christmas. It's pricey but I like it.



However, hubby hates the style (and he's not a Paul fan anyway) so he doesn't want to get it.

Those songs sound pretty good, Joost. A sixties feel. Maybe you should try to get a more compact sound, that is as if it WAS 60's.

It's cool that you hear the sixties feel, cause I was kind of going for that, but only in the songwriting. Cause the sound, well... It probably would be very cool to recreate a real 60s sound if you have some really good authentic analog recording equipment... I know it's possible to get a fairly similar sound with a computer, but I don't know... I think it would feel like "faking it" to me, cause the songs really weren't recorded like they did in the sixties.

I hate faking. That's why we used a real keyboard for the drums and a real computer for the authentic digital effects.
