Oh, I LOVE King Arthur Flour! I'm not much of a baker, but they have some really fantastic stuff.

I have no doubt your son did indeed have ulterior motives, Kelley!  ;D

I went to their store in Norwich, Vermont a few years ago. When I was checking out the cashier told me that the author of the book I was buying was there and would I like to have her sign it. She was very nice and I just love the book. Even though I've been baking since I could read I learned a lot from it. Baking is my other passion. ;)

I got my bedsit. Hopefully I wont' fall out with the landlord and be able to stay. He told me the elect4ricty was inc. in the rent but this morning his handy man just happend to say, while I was asking him about the electric meter that 'he,(the landlord) might ask you for a bit of money'...obviously for the electric. He's explicitly told me it's free so if he does ask me for some money for the electrric bill then I'm not going to pay it and will proably get evicted. I was going to get a microwave but now I'm not 'cause I'm going to keep my electric bill to a minimum so if he does spring a nasty surprise on me he won't be able to point out 'all' the appliances I'm running. I'm guessing he's fiddlig the electric meter somehow so h e doesn't have to be a massive bill every month.
