Yesterday was mostly no different than any other day.  I attended a grill-out with burgers and brats in addition to a rich chocolate cake.

The downside of the day was that I had a headache all night afterward.  I've been getting chronic headaches lately.  I told the doctor about them but he didn't seem particularly worried.  He said they're very common.  For most of my life, I've had headaches only rarely.  But in the past year or so, I seem to be contracting more of them than ever.  Maybe my brain is getting tired of "thinking too much."

Thanks again.  Now I'm about a half of a day older and counting.  Peace out!

I'm late because I've been willfully inactive as of late.  Health issues somewhat a factor.  I'm working on getting better as I age with less and less of a future ahead of me.
