I couldnt find a thread already on this legend of a man, so I thought I would start one (sorry if I overlooked an existing thread!)

I think Bob Marley was true genius! So much of his music is just so happy and positive, but with really important messages and you can tell he really means every word he sings

So, I like a good reggae beat... who's with me??

Yep awsome guy!! Liked him from a very early age, i think his music connects with my so well, (like many other do), he's just great.

I love Bob all phases.  From the early ska stuff to the mid-seventies masterpieces.  Also, what at band!!   The Barrett brothers were truly amazing.    I can listen to "Natty Dread" "Roots Rock Reggae" and "Exodus" anytime.  They're all that good to me.

I had no idea this movie was coming out. It looks good. I love Marley's music but know very little about him. I'm looking forward to learning more. I hope it's generally accurate; I can't find to many reviews online—yet.
