I don't know what to think anymore.  It seems like Beatles history is being re-written IMO.

Seems like he wrote A Hard Days Night as well. Every book Ive ever read about them said John wrote AHDN sort of overnight for the movie and of course I thought he "came into" Abbey Rd with A Day In The Life.

First I’ve heard he had anything to do with the verses of ADITL. I thought in anthology he alluded o John bringing it in and him being excited  to get to work on it.

I wish Paul would Let It Be with all this stuff, its not as if John or George can react to what he says.
Paul is the only ex Beatle to release rerecorded Beatle songs (Broad St)  and re-release an altered Beatle album (Naked). I think he should leave it at that.

It seems an odd song for him to claim. The lyrics sound much more John.

Agree he should give it a rest.
