Public get first glimpse of plans for 150 new homes in Liverpool’s Welsh Streets

RESIDENTS were given the first glimpse of £15m plans to build new homes and renovate derelict houses in Liverpool’s Welsh Streets.Up to 150 homes will be built, with houses in both Madryn Street – former home of Beatle Ringo Starr – and Kelvin Grove refurbished rather than demolished.
