Probably New Zealand

If our presidential candidates come down to Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, New Zealand might be more than just a wish for me.

LOL, again, I completely agree with you, Todd.

As for what country I'd pick to spend the rest of my life in, I'll have to think about that for a bit.

I love living in Australia. But if I had to live somewhere else I'd probably choose France. I did live there for a few years and I've visited a lot. Any place with food and wine and general ambiance like you find there is a winner for me.

Ive lived half my life in Oz and half in England so I dont know which is my homeland  ;D

which ever one is my homeland Id live in the other one

good shout for New Zealand though Todd, that would be high on my list

That gives you away Nim as not a born and bred Aussie. No way would we countenance anything nice being said about New Zealand. Except grudging respect for their rugby team.  ;)

I dont think I could live in NZ due to the weird accent  ;D

and anyway half of the Kiwi's are here in Oz so it cant be that great  ha2ha

Ive thought about this and Italy would be my choice, Id live near Lake Garda or The Amalfi coast.

stunningly beautiful country, with superb food wine history and culture to burn

(great climate too)

Hi Dmitry; yes, I think things are quite bad here. Not as bad as, say, North Korea or Afghanistan, but pretty bad. I'm reluctant to go into details because I'm wary of provoking a political argument. Perhaps I'll DM you.
