I love the Buddy Holly version too!  Lately I've been on a huge Florence + The Machine kick so of course I'm loving their version!

I actually just found Rush did a version too!
Rush - "Not Fade Away"


And a version by Bruce Springsteen... (kinda seems where Florence + The Machine drew their inspiration for their interpretation of the song)

I caught a glimpse of that movie when I was watching Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew (Don't judge  ha2ha) and it looked really good. I'll have to see if they have it at the video shop (DVD shop?)...what do you call the place where you rent and buy movies anyway?  ha2ha

It's worth a full view, Maxine.  There are only bits and pieces of it on YouTube.
