It was the late 60s.  Everyone was doing psychedelic songs.  Even The Cowsills!

That was my first thought when I heard about this 3D release. I've only watched it once because I cried so much at the end it was ridiculous. I mean it went on while I let the dogs out, got ready for bed and well after I went to bed. So no public viewing in any number of dimensions for me!
