Paul to write a musical
« on: July 30, 2019, 03:05:17 AM »

Paul is collaborating on a musical version of the film It’s a Wonderful Life.

His forays into classical works haven’t been particularly successful, at least critically. Let’s see how he goes with this.

I was thinking the same thing when I read about this. I hope they keep it in the same time period.

I'm not hopeful about this prospect because I think Paul's best stuff is way behind him.  Sorry.

I don't think Paul's inspired anymore.  I think he just goes to the studio and plays and whatever he plays becomes his next album.  He can do that and he does.

I tend to believe that Paul wrote his best stuff when he was in his twenties.  He's 77 now.

but, yes, Hello, we'll wait and see how he does on this project.
