That's quite a mix, Kelley! I hope you do get sun tomorrow and it melts some of that.  :)

We got only snow. But now that my car is out of commission (see my other post) until I can get it in to the dealership, I'll have to rely on my daughter or my son to ferry me around. Let me rephrase that: I'll have to rely on my daughter (or a friend). There's no way I'm driving with my son in the snow. I'm already stressed enough, LOL.

I don’t usually like it too hot but I’d trade this bitter cold wind and sleety snow for dull, windy and 80!

I hope everyone in the path of this big storm stays safe this weekend. The forecast here is for a foot of snow and bitter cold. I was kind of hoping we could keep going the way we were!

I think I’ll just stay inside and watch our old home movies! There’s a great sequence with my dad’s sister driving the old sleigh from my grandpa’s farm down the road in front of our house. Her husband is next to her and and my brother is trying to hang on to the back of it but mostly falling off and chasing it. A few years later he gave it away to someone. Dad was not pleased. ha2ha

I second that; it looks like a monster. We have only a few inches (~8) of snow, but the temperatures have been brutal. Ten below zero last night with windchills of 35 below; ugh!

Poor little Bear Boy! We got several inches overnight of what I think was lake effect but the main event began around 1:00 this afternoon. That was right on schedule. Molly has already exercised her side porch wee wee pad option. Stay warm there in Nodak, Kathy!

I'll try! I ran my errands today and so am good for a few days at least. Bear hates when it gets that cold, so at least he does his business quickly in temps like this.  ;D
