"Come Together" and "All You Need Is Love" in Commercials

"Come Together" and "All You Need Is Love" in Commercials

I saw "Come Together" in a commercial for Macy's and "All You Need Is Love" in a commercial for Blackberry, recently. Anyone catch these?
Again, are these being allowed to pay for Michael Jackson's legal bills? Thought? Comments?

Yah I saw them both. They're bad covers. I mean if your gonna do a cover, do it right!  :P

Yeah my family hates when either of those commercials come on while we're watching because I inevitably have to go on a long-winded rant..."how dare they...blah blah blah" But, then again I have a problem with probably 99.99% of Beatles covers in general. Even if they're good ones. My thing is, why mess with perfection? And don't get me started on that movie "Across the Universe"...ugh...sorry. Completely OT.
