I generally am not a fan of covers of Beatle songs, overly critical I am.  This one gets the same treatment unfortunately or fortunately.

Billie Eilish takes a beautiful song and makes me want to find a knife and cut my wrists...not really but the positive and emotional content gets changed to a dark and hopeless sounding world.

Thanks for the heads-up, blmeanie; I'll be sure to avoid this one. I've heard of Billie Eilish but never listened to one of her songs, and I generally dislike Beatles covers anyway.

Yeah I dont reckon that’s going to push the Beatles version off my playlists. However, my kids are fans of Billie. So her doing a Beatle song can act as a gateway drug to the real thing.
