Oooh; thanks for the heads-up about this, Kelley! I'll be heading to Barnes & Noble tomorrow to get my copy.  ;)

Did you get it Kathy? If so, what do you think of it?

Oh, MAN; I totally forgot! I think my head is turning to mush. I had fully intended to go to Barnes & Noble (the only place in town that carries Rolling Stone, as far as I know), and it totally slipped my mind. I'm trying to think back to August 9 and why I did not head out that day as planned.

Darn, darn, darn. (I want to type something stronger!)

I hope it's not too late to get a back copy, perhaps, or maybe it's still on the stands.   ???

Kathy, that issue sold out quickly.  I saw a copy on eBay for $7,500

Just kidding.    ;D

It's a special edition and is dated November 24, 2011.  It'll be on sale till then.

That was funny; you really had me going there for a sec, Barry!  ha2ha

Glad to hear it's still on the shelves. I =will= head there this week, probably later today. I need to get a planner anyway, so I'll just, ahem, absorb the cost of the RS into that. (Creative budgeting is one of my great talents  ;)  )

Darn; had to put off the purchase of that RS 'til next week because of budget constraints. It was either the Beatles special edition or the last copy of the "Mom's Plan-It 2012 Engagement Planner."

When did my life get so boring??   ;)

I ask myself the same question over and over Kathy! I got lucky the week I brought home the RS but these last few weeks would have been a different story. That's life in the Mom lane.  ;)

I think the last Beatles items I got were all the Beatles vinyl and Lennon Box set I  got for X-Mas. I also got Wings Red Rose Speedway on vinyl a couple of months ago too.
