I don't know if I believe in ghosts or not but I get scared very easily at night in a dark room with no one else around, especially in a basement at night. But, no, I won't go in the basement at all at night.
The QM has long dark corridors where the cabins are, lighted by weak and quite dim wall lights. I found walking down one of them very creepy. I couldnt help but think of all the thousands of people who'd walked down there a long long time ago.
Probably the worst place was the "Hospital" where many people died, basically it was 6 wooden beds.
