Illegal immigrants from Mexico or any other foreign country should be deported immediately from the U. S. because they are turning America into another country while politicians from both political parties are pandering to them nauseatingly, which is ludicrous. I'm all for immigrants from other countries wanting to find a better life in the U. S. for themselves & become citizens of this great country like but there's too many illegals now who only want to start trouble while the goverment & business owners are helping them.

Because someone is an illegal immigrant, automatically they're a troublemaker? I'm not familiar with the US guidelines regarding immigrants, but they're probably something like Canada's. Higher preference is given to someone with better skills, like a doctor, and also to people with family in the country. You can get in if you're skilled but don't have any family here, or if you have family but less skills. Those with regular jobs and no family in North America pretty much get screwed over.
I'm not saying that illegal immigrants are a good thing, just that the immigration system needs improvement. Well, at lest here it does. Could you tell me a little about how it works in the US?

hey, you're back, Wayne. it's been a while since you last posted, if i remember correctly.

i agree and i guess it's a more personal issue for me because much of my family were new immigrants of the 70s. I don't think it's fair to let people cut in line for oppurtunities that many others struggled and waited a long time for.

immigrating built this country.no immigrants no u s a.everybody here is from somewheres else.if we deported every family that has been here less than 250 years,then my mom and dads families both would still be here.would yours?

People who don't feel good about themselves always have the need to find someone lower in the pecking order to castigate in order to make themselves feel better (or something like that)

i think john said in his last interview, that he wish there werent such things like passports, and that you have to get permission to get around! its a free world, and people should be able to go whereever they want(although if that happens there would be catastrophy im sure) :

well basically the pilgrims were here to aviod prosecution for non payment of taxes...so were not they here illegally?damn this nation was founded by illegal aliens......or were they criminals???either way maybe the indians should have practiced deportation and we would have been spared this ludicris topic for gods sakes.....sorry that was waynes line.

That's what the federal goverment should do immediately with all illegal immigrants which is to deport them out of the country whether they're from Cuba, Mexico & Saudi Arabia & our economy wouldn't take a massive hit at all especially if they want to become legal U. S. citizens.

I don't know... I grew up in a small town in washington state. When I was 16, two mexicans hit our car, gave my little brother a concusion at the time, and got out of their van and ran. I'm freaking out because I just got my license and was totally freaking, a guy in his 30's was nice and was like hey I saw the whole thing, stop crying it wasn't your fault you won't get in trouble.

The two guys were tracked down...they ran because they were illegal.

Over a hundred times I've felt threatened when I was living at home due to walking down the street and having mexicans come up to me and puting thier hand on my arm and trying to get me to go with them or yelling out their car at me etc. Yeah, when I was like 12.

I am not racist however, Eddy, a guy a year ahead of me was the star of the soccer team and we were friends...reading my sisters journal one day i saw something that made me totally break down. "I thought it would be ok to take a ride in his car because he is sarah's friend..."

Eddy turns out was illegal as well... (how the hell do the schools not find out?!?!?) He was convicted of rape. He was 17 at the time, she was 13. His lawyer advised him to admitt the truth while he was still 17. Luckily, they charged him as an adult.

Someone said watch our economy go down... I agree that would happen. I think part of the problem is Americans are lazy as hell, they sit back and live off welfare while immigrants run around and do the work cheaper.

People complain...stop sending work over seas... many don't complain about immigrants doing the sh*tty jobs.

In reality, the United States is far from perfect. Every empire falls...and unless we start cleaning the U.S. it will fall in the near future. Illegal Immigrants...yes, I think they should be kicked out. However, I think if someone wants to come in from let's say Mexico and get better opportunities for them and their family, they should have to learn some english and have backround checks and get a green card.

This is all opinion, I hope I don't offend anyone.
