Only a week! I was astonished but I think it must take a lot longer sometimes..I must have been lucky! Hopefully one day I will get his autograph directly from him by meeting him...maybe when I see him in Hamlet this summer...that would be amazing!

I don't have any autographs. I'd never ask for one. But I do have a Paul McCartney pic that he gave to someone who then gave it to me. Not quite as exciting as getting it from Paul, but hey, he touched it!!

Peter Tork. I asked him to address it to my sister. Her second favorite group in the 60s was the Monkees. Her favorite? The Beatles.....quite rightly! She's kept it safe since 1982.

I remember taking my sister to a department store in 1968 where The Cowsills were autographing their current LP. I helped her get all their autographs.

I have (personally) a drum stick and snare autographed by Pete Best. I'm still angered I didn't have a camera!

I also have a few autographs from hockey players that I've met. No one too great.
