I've made it my goal to get to Europe this summer. I can't seem to talk any of my cheap ass friends into it though, so I might do one of those tours. Cuz I'd be too much of a nervous wreck on my own! I wanna do London, Paris, and Rome I think. But I don't know. Any suggestions from those who've done it?
You don't really have to be nervous to travel by yourself. The tourism industry thrives on the fears of women traveling alone. Men can travel with a backpack and five dollars, but women, ah, they have to have a taxi and a hotel room. I haven't been to much of Europe though I loved Scotland. It would be fun to do the Liverpool thing, but it would be better to go with another Beatles fan.

I'm nervous because I have no sense of direction, I wouldn't want to eat by myself in restaurants, I'm a retard with languages and would want to go to France and Italy and a host of other reasons related to the fact that I'm lazy and would rather have someone else do all the planning!!
