The left have acted like children for 4 straight years with their Russian collusion, Mueller report, Impeachment, the rioting and burning down of cities, killings, anti police stance, storming of the Supreme Court, etc,,,,. This is a screenshot of a text from a friend that is a classic example of how people in North Dakota flatten their vowels. It was posted in response to a YouTube video shared on a group chat that I was tempted to post here so people could actually hear the inflection, but it was really too long.

My daughters were teased in elementary school for pronouncing "flag" properly during the Pledge of Allegiance. Everyone here says "fleg." And I was completely confused by someone who said "dekkid" once. When she mentioned the rosary I realized she meant "decade."

Of course, everyone here thinks I'm the one with the accent.

Ugh! Got to my part-time job today at the ungodly hour of 4:45 am in 22-below temps, and the guy who was supposed to let us in was LATE.

I hope Karma was paying attention, ha ha.

My eyelashes actually froze. (Then when they defrosted inside my mascara melted, and I walked around looking like a raccoon for an hour until I passed a mirror and noticed. Lovely.)
