Which of these two synth based keyboard songs from Paul , do you think works best ?
Doe's anyone know what type of synthesizer keyboard he used ?
I think both songs and others from that period, show Paul understood you could create a full song utilizing this technology (smile)

I think "Waterfalls" is a very haunting little song , with a lovely mournful vocal and somewhat underrated .It gets my vote .
I don't mind "With A little Luck" , but it doe's drag on a little to long , and out of the two it as always supprised me it was the bigger hit .
Waterfalls did'nt even chart on it's release in America .
With A little Luck - UK # 5 - US # 1
Waterfalls - UK # 9 - US /

The six minute version of "With A Little Luck" is too long and meandering, but the three minute edit on
Wingspan
builds nicely to a soaring finish and gets my vote.

I think With A Little Luck. Have you heard this version with the drum machine intro?

It's quite a clever song " With A little Luck " i've just been listening to it , and i agree Geoff the long version doe's meander , but it's got quite a nice grand sweep to it .(smile)

I chose With A Little Luck. The song is fantastic in all ways. I was never much of a fan of Waterfalls.

I will go for With a Little Luck as i think its such a nice relaxing song with a nice
massage (a sort of 'we can work it out'). i love the whole 6 minute version, but
i think they should have shortned the 7" version when it was first released, like the
DJ edit on Wingspan.

'Waterfalls' gets my vote. 'With A Little Luck' is just to damn long and boring.

rare video of Wings rehearsing "With A Little Luck" just before the planned 1980 tour. I think if they would have went ahead with the tour, they would have played the song.
